The retro kit moves the adjust to the top of the wheel block making it easy to adjust with a wrench or impact tool. Making it fast to switch from flat to bedded ground. With the addition of the spring, it also provides positive contact with the soil for ground drive planters.
Turbofans
Monosem offers three different sizes of turbofans to provide adequate vacuum. based on size of the planter and crops it will be planting. The standard 450 turbofan provides enough vacuum for planters up to 6 rows. The High Output Turbofan is sized to handle planters up to 12 rows. The 500 extra high output turbofan is designed for 12-24 rows and large seeded crops such as peanuts and edible beans. The standard and high output turbofan can be PTO driven with certain hitches.
Turbofan Options
Flow Control
For open center tractors Monosem offers a flow control to adjust the amount of hydraulics being put through the motor. This allows you to set the level of vacuum you desire.
Anti Drift Dust Kit
The Monosem Anti-Drift kit consists of a collector, a hose, a decompression chamber, and two hoses for redirection of the turbofan exhaust towards the ground. This system steers the air to the ground and decreases the speed, thus limiting the drift of dust from the insecticidal treatment of seeds.
